Plastic Pontoons

Total Floating Systems are the New Zealand agents for Superior Jetties who supply and manufacture plastic pontoon systems. The plastic pontoon systems are light weight and are ideally suited in rougher wave environments where pontoons structures require some flexing.

The lightweight pontoons are also ideally suited for temporary facilities where the individual pontoons can be easily lifted or floated in and out of the water. The assembly of the plastic pontoon units are quick and simply joined together by bolting rubber dog bone connectors within the specified recesses and piled or tied into position.

The Motueka Marina is the first marina in New Zealand to be completely constructed in the plastic pontoon system. The marina was located within a well protected harbour and the 40 berth marina completed within 4 weeks
